How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose 1AM and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.

I paid but Premium isn't unlocked

In 1AM, open Settings (the gear on the home screen) and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID that bought it.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Why can't we open 1AM or 3AM?

The spicier hours need you both to agree. Tap 1AM or 3AM, then both press and hold your circle at the same time. You can turn this off again anytime in Settings under Spicy mode.

Do we need two phones?

No. 1AM is made to be played together on one phone. Pass it back and forth.

Can I change our names?

Yes. Open Settings in the app to change both names and the date you got together.

Where are our saved stories and favorites?

Tap the heart at the top of the home screen. Everything is saved only on your phone, so deleting the app deletes them too.
