Privacy Policy

In short: 1AM doesn't collect your personal data. There are no accounts, ads or tracking. Everything you enter stays on your phone. The only information that leaves it is anonymous purchase information, handled by Apple and RevenueCat.
What stays on your phone
To work, the app saves a few things only on your device:
- The two names you enter
- The date you got together, and what you said you want more of
- Your favorite cards and saved stories
- Your stats (nights in a row, cards played) and settings, like spicy mode
We never receive this information. It isn't sent to us or to anyone else. It's deleted when you delete the app. If you back up your phone to iCloud or a computer, it may be included in that backup, which is controlled by you and Apple.
Purchases
1AM Premium is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment, and we never see your name, email or payment details. Apple's handling of your data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. When the app starts, and when you buy or restore Premium, it shares your purchase history (which plans you bought, when, and their status) with RevenueCat, together with a random ID the app creates and basic technical details such as the app and iOS version and your App Store country. RevenueCat uses this to tell the app whether Premium is active, and gives us anonymous totals such as how many subscriptions are active. The random ID isn't linked to your name, email or Apple ID, and nothing you type in the app is sent. RevenueCat's handling of this data is covered by RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
What we don't do
- No accounts or sign-in
- No advertising and no ad tracking
- No analytics beyond the anonymous purchase totals described above
- No selling or sharing of personal data
This website
1amcouples.app is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Its fonts are served from this site, not from third parties.
If you email us
If you contact support, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we delete them when they're no longer needed.
Children
1AM is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18.
Your rights
We don't hold personal data about you. Deleting the app removes everything it saved on your phone. If you'd like the anonymous purchase records linked to your copy of the app deleted, email us and we'll help.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
